1. Binding Agreement and Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contractual agreement between you ("User," "Participant," or "Player") and Mega Bonanza ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of en-megabonanza.com, our mobile web applications, and any games, promotional sweepstakes, or services operated under the Mega Bonanza brand.

By accessing the website or opening a player account, you verify that you are legally competent, at least 18 years old, and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

2. Sweepstakes Model & No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: A purchase of Gold Coins will never increase or alter your odds of winning in any Sweepstakes Coins game at Mega Bonanza.

Mega Bonanza operates strictly as an entertainment-based promotional social sweepstakes service under United States legal standards. We offer two virtual tokens:

  • Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens used exclusively for social gameplay, fun, and entertainment. Gold Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Sweepstakes Coins (SC): Promotional tokens granted free of charge through daily sign-in streaks, mail-in requests, social contests, and as promotional gifts accompanying select Gold Coin packages. Sweepstakes Coins can be used to participate in promotional games, and accumulated winnings can be redeemed for real prizes upon verification.

3. Eligibility and Prohibited Jurisdictions

Participation in Mega Bonanza is limited to natural persons who are:

  1. At least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
  2. Physically located within an authorized United States jurisdiction at the time of access.

Excluded Jurisdictions: Sweepstakes Coins play and prize redemptions are explicitly prohibited for individuals residing in or physically accessing our services from the states of Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. Any accounts created from these restricted states will be subject to immediate closure.

4. Account Registration and Verification (KYC)

Each player is permitted to create and operate exactly one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts, using pseudonyms, sharing accounts, or employing automated registration bots is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Prior to fulfilling any Sweepstakes Coin prize redemption, Mega Bonanza conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity checks. Players must submit:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state card).
  • Proof of physical residence dated within the last 90 days.
  • Proof of account ownership for the designated financial payout method.

5. Prize Redemptions and Playthrough Rules

To maintain the integrity of our promotional sweepstakes framework, Sweepstakes Coins obtained via promotional gifts must be played through at least once (1x playthrough requirement) before they become eligible for prize redemption.

  • Minimum Redemption Threshold: $100 equivalent for ACH direct bank transfers, or $50 equivalent for electronic gift cards.
  • Processing Timelines: Initial redemption approvals typically take between 24 and 48 business hours following completed identity verification.
  • Maximum Redemption Limits: Maximum redemption limits may apply in accordance with state regulations (such as Florida and New York limits on single sweepstakes prizes).

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

Users agree not to engage in any of the following abusive behaviors:

  • Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, bugs, or employing unauthorized third-party automation tools, bots, or AI scripts.
  • Engaging in collusive play or syndicate manipulation of game results or leaderboards.
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or IP masking utilities to circumvent geographic restrictions or multi-accounting filters.
  • Defaming, harassing, or defrauding other players or Mega Bonanza customer support staff.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

All games, software, and services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Mega Bonanza is not liable for device incompatibilities, interrupted telecommunications, latency, or server downtimes. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected plays and payouts are voided.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States sweepstakes law. Any legal claims must be resolved on an individual basis via binding arbitration and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action proceeding.
