1. Legal Classification & Operational Framework
Mega Bonanza is a social casino platform operated pursuant to promotional sweepstakes regulations in the United States. Mega Bonanza is not an online gambling website, sportsbook, or lottery. No real money wagering occurs on this site.

2. Virtual Currency Separation
Mega Bonanza maintains an absolute operational separation between its two virtual currencies:
- Gold Coins (GC): Gold Coins can be acquired through optional purchases or claimed for free via recurring bonuses. Gold Coins exist solely for recreational enjoyment, social gameplay, and leisure. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed, sold, traded, or converted into real money prizes.
- Sweepstakes Coins (SC): Sweepstakes Coins cannot be purchased directly under any circumstance. Sweepstakes Coins can only be obtained as promotional rewards (e.g., daily login bonuses, mail-in requests, or free gifts with select Gold Coin packages). Sweepstakes Coins won through promotional games can be redeemed for real prizes (cash transfers or digital gift cards) after meeting the 1x playthrough requirement.
3. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
In full compliance with federal and state sweepstakes laws, anyone who qualifies as an eligible participant can request free Sweepstakes Coins by mail without purchasing Gold Coins:
- Obtain a standardized white, unlined postcard or piece of paper (minimum 4" x 6").
- Handwrite in clear print: your full legal name, the email address linked to your verified Mega Bonanza account, your physical home address, and the statement: "I wish to receive Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the promotional sweepstakes offered by Mega Bonanza."
- Include your unique Request Code generated from your Account Dashboard.
- Place the card into a stamped #10 envelope with hand-written return and destination addresses, and mail it to our designated sweepstakes processing address specified in our Sweepstakes Rules.
Valid, fully conforming mail-in submissions are credited with Sweepstakes Coins directly into the player's account upon processing.
4. Excluded Jurisdictions and Geographic Restrictions
Mega Bonanza sweepstakes are void outside the United States and in the following excluded jurisdictions:
- Idaho
- Michigan
- Nevada
- Washington
Any attempt to access Sweepstakes Coins games or redeem prizes from within an excluded jurisdiction using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy servers is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of coin balances.
5. Odds of Winning and RNG Certification
